Cosplay Galaxy knows how difficult it is to order a collectible toy figure online without having to physically see and hold the product items in your hand. We also know that images and videos are not enough to see the whole picture and experience in getting that precious toy figure into your endless collections. Please remember that there are certain restrictions that you need to know to qualify for a return.
- All items must NOT be opened and must be in their original packaging and condition. Tampered with, played with, altered and missing parts will not be accepted and not eligible for return/refund. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
- If the product item is damaged upon receiving them, please take a clear photo of the figure and send it to us immediately within 5 days and we will resolve the issue by contacting us. We take this matter very seriously as we have a strict standard of packaging procedure before it goes out from our store.
- If the item is accepted for a refund after close inspection. Refund will be credited back to the original form of payment within 5-10 business days.
Return Shipping Label
If the product is proved to be damaged in transit or defective and is our mistake. we are more than happy to issue you a return label for as long as it is completed through Cosplay Galaxy (A return shipping label provided by us and not you). If you decided to ship the product(s) by yourself. You will pay for all the shipping cost and this will not be credited back to you. Cosplay Galaxy is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages done by you without our consent.
However, if the return is not defective or damaged and it is for other reason, or you just simply change your mind after receiving the product and the box must not be opened. Cosplay Galaxy will not pay for any return shipping labels, shipping fees and import fees (if applicable). You will be responsible for all the shipping cost without credit. Once the item is returned back to us and passed our inspection process, we will then issue your full refund on the original form of payment you purchased with us. Cosplay Galaxy is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages returned to us.
Defective or Damaged Products
You must inform us within 5 days of receiving the package of any damaged/defective item(s). All items that were damaged in transit will be replaced and is subject to availability. If the product is available, product can be exchanged of the same product item only. Please note that minor cosmetics like paint jobs and minor dents on the box do not qualify as a defective product. These imperfections are expected and normal since these figures are painted by humans and not by machines.
Due to the nature of the product item, we maintain a high strict “No Return Policy” with non-defective products. Please note that opened items, tampered with, played with, altered and missing parts are NOT eligible for return. This means that any item that have been removed from their original packaging, any item that have visible indication that it has been opened, missing parts and accessories. Any products returned that fall under any of these conditions will not qualify for a refund and will be shipped back to you at your own expense. Payment is due before we ship the item back to you.
Refused and undelivered shipments will be treated as a return and the return costs will be deducted from your refund. To avoid such incident, we ask our loyal and new customers to be responsible for any expected shipments you bought from us. If any packages or shipment is returned to us – due to an error done by you by providing a wrong address. You are fully responsible to pay for the re-shipping fee, handling fees and 30% re-stocking fee and this is due before we re-shipped your items back again. Cosplay Galaxy will not be responsible for any return shipment fees due to customer negligence and mistake. To avoid such problem, please make sure you typed in the correct address and pay close attention to the delivery date of the parcel.
